Below are details of the payments received and due to the beneficiaries of the estate of the late Alfred Pearson Mitton, in this case he made a valid will, BUT declared his estate would be distributed as if he had died intestate.
There were 8 beneficiaries who inherited from lines of brothers and sisters of the deceased. He had no direct descendants (children/issue or their issue)
Maurice Stanley Clarke inherited 1/4 of the estate, others shared in 3 other lines of 1/4 each which you can see on the Mitton paternal and Mitton maternal trees which the Heir Hunter/Private Detective (Andrews) traced. He was acting for the Executor (Midland Bank Trust) and was paid a fee of some £6,500 for his work on this case.
