A real estate - 8 beneficiaries inherit
Below are details of the payments received and due to the beneficiaries of the estate of the later Alfred Pearson Mitton, in this case a made a valid will BUT declared his estate would be distributed as if he had died intestate.
There were 8 beneficiaries who inherited from lines of brothers and sisters of the deceased
Maurice Stanley Clarke inherited 1/4 of the estate, others shared in 3 other lines of 1/4 each which you can see on the Mitton paternal and Mitton maternal trees which the Heir Hunter (Andrews) traced. He was acting for the Executor (Midland Bank Trust) and was paid a fee of some £6,500 for his work on this case.
