Terms of use

1. Main

Membership is personal to one member. You must not divulge your account password to any other person, and should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by any other persons.

The Heir Hunters Association reserve the right to remove any member's access to the member area if the registration period has expired or payment has not been received, including the cancelling of any continuous subscription.

Members may print pages of the member web pages for their own purpose, but must not copy those pages in whole or part to any 3rd party or use those pages for any financial gain or business.

2. Limitation of liability

The Heir Hunters Association's total aggregate liability to you for any claim in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the provision of the services shall be limited to the charges paid by you in respect of the services that are the subject of any such claim.

In any event no claim shall be brought unless you have notified The Heir Hunters Association of the claim within 14 days of it arising.

In no event shall The Heir Hunters Association be liable to you for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss whatsoever.
